Description
Material: 16MnCr5, tooth area induction hardened, HRC 58 ±2. Ground on all sides including the teeth. As only the teeth are hardened subsequent drilling and pinning is easily possible. Straight teeth. Pressure angle 20°. Teeth milled, hardened and ground. Tooth quality 7h25. From Module 1,5 cut for continuous linking. Tolerances: Angle accuracy 0,02 mm. Parallelism at length 500 mm = 0,03 mm. Parallelism at length 1000 mm = 0,05 mm. Tolerance to h0-line: on 500 mm = 0,03 mm. on 1000 mm = 0,05 mm. The width is machined with a tolerance of 0,05.
