Description
General: Miniaturised right-angle drives for light duty. Suitable for manual and short term drive applications. Housing: Gear cases are injection moulded in filled polyamide 6.6 for low moisture take up, low thermal expansion and high rigidity. Two counter-bored clearance holes for conventional chassis mounting and a tapped insert below each shaft for vertical mounting. Gearing: Straight cut gears, max. backlash 2°. Ratio i = 1 : 1. Shaft diamter 4mm. Maximum speed 1000 rpm. Gearbox and bearing lubricated for life. Product No. 410 000 00, Version A: Hardened steel gears bonded to ground and hardened steel shafts. Sintered bronze bearing system. Electrical insulation between shafts and housing. Max. torque 0.68 Nm. Weight: 0.041 kg. Product No. 410 001 00, Version B: Plastic bevel gears made of polyacetal (acetal resin), moulded on hardened and ground shafts. Maximum torque 0.11 Nm. Weight: 0.037 kg. The bearing material is sintered bronze. These miniature gearboxes are lubricated for life. Electrical insulation between shafts and housing. Suitable for manual operation and short-term drive conditions.
